Led structural hot aisle containment programs for AWS, Meta, CoreWeave, Google, CyrusOne, Microsoft, and more—delivering first‑of‑its‑kind solutions (including Google Japan) and expanding scope through disciplined discovery, BIM coordination, and cross‑functional execution. Tools span Navisworks, SolidWorks, some Revit, Monday.com, Infor CRM/ERP, BuildingConnected, Procore, Bluebeam. I’m at my best turning complex thermal/mechanical problems into profitable, buildable systems—fast.

Led design of ICONx modular fitness equipment product family. Product debuted in the Florida Gators Football Facility. This was by far the most fun industry to be a part of.

WebRail - Portable Fall Arrest & Tensioned Guardrail
Introduced WebRail to the market sparking creation of ecommerce and marketing team. This marketing division is now one of the largest and most diverse teams at Tie Down. I was involved in extensive drop testing and safety development for the 1st generation and have now taken over all development for the 2nd generation.
Mobile Home Foundation Strut Manufacturing
Led product development efforts in manufactured housing division. Opened new routes to market with Blevins Inc. and Clayton Homes with a projected market share increase of 30%. Here is a video of an automation machine made in Portugal and installed at TieDown to produce different configurations of a part. This particular part eliminated welding and high VOC painting of zinc primer.

HatchMate
Designed a niche product for Bilco. Navigating around competing patents, the Hatch Mate is more universal, lighter, packaged in a smaller box, faster to install, and cheaper to produce. Click for a short video overview.
Heavy Duty Adjustable Materials Handling
As a response to an opportunity with a customer, the all-new adjustable material cart and pallet carrier were designed to be more economical, durable, versatile, and they shipped stacked on a standard sized pallet. This saved our distributors precious space during shipping and handling.
